Project Narrative
A vertical villa that connects urban density with the atmosphere of a tropical retreat.
M1 Villa is a special residential building planned as a vertical
villa. The project combines generous interior spaces with a high
level of transparency toward the sea, culminating in an infinity
pool on the top level.
The building connects to an urban edge while preserving the feeling
of a tropical villa. Its stacked living spaces, arched openings,
and layered facade create a dialogue between privacy, luxury, sea
views, and the surrounding environment.
