Large shaded glass walls open each module to sea views while level changes create privacy between homes.

Crystal Bay is an ambitious proposal for a temporary residential neighborhood connected to nature and wellness. The project is built from modular structures with expansive glazed facades, using radiation-filtering shading technology to open the interiors toward the landscape while maintaining comfort and privacy.

The masterplan creates an elevated street with a wellness center, restaurant, private pools, and walking paths that move through the mountain park, connecting the buildings into one continuous community.
