TK Villa

Project Narrative

A narrow second-line beach plot became a glass living room connected directly to the pool, street, and tropical garden.

TK Villa is located on a challenging, narrow site just behind the beach, facing a lively street that hosts a weekly market. The project needed to respond to an urban setting while still opening toward nature.

Along the street edge, the design creates a planted natural refuge with a pool and dense greenery. Inside, the main living space becomes a greenhouse-like volume, enclosed by a roof and three full glass facades that create a direct relationship between the interior and the outside.

The result is a compact residential project shaped by constraints, answered through precise and creative architectural solutions.
