Project Narrative
A hospitality interior that turns transparency, systems, and service into design language.
Dvora Restaurant is a restaurant by Eyal Shani, created in
collaboration with Brown Hotels. The design translates the chef's
direct relationship with raw ingredients into an interior language
of material, system, and kitchen transparency.
Advanced planning allowed the mechanical and service systems to
become part of the spatial expression rather than something to
hide. The open kitchen and bar expose as much interaction as
possible between the team and the guests, turning preparation,
service, and movement into the energy of the restaurant.
The project combines classic references such as painted timber
cladding with layered metals and a careful lighting strategy. The
result is a warm, atmospheric room where infrastructure,
hospitality, and food all become visible parts of the same
experience.
